IMPORTANT
NOTES: |

A. All required
documentation is required to be submitted to the Trust Office at
least 15 days prior to lease commencement date.
There is a $50.00 assessment for filing paperwork late. |

B. A charge of
$100.00 per day will be assessed against all units occupied prior to
approval by the Trust Office. |
|
C. A charge of
$100.00 per day will be assessed against all units that are in
violation of Architecural Control Standards and/or Minimum
Maintenance Standards. |
|
D. Any unit in
violation of these requirements, including but not limited to
outstanding fines, will prohibit approval for leasing any other
unit(s) owned by the same homeowner(s). |
|
E. All
maintenance assessment fees on all properties, owned by applicant in
Twin Rivers, must be current. |
